Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dollyhair. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience.

Our return policy is simple:

You can return any item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value. The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging included. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via E-MAIL with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in new, unused, and resalable condition, we will issue your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. 

Please note that personalized or custom-made items, custom blends, sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges unless they are defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Cancellation Policy
If your order hasn't been processed to ship, we can change or cancel your order. Please contact us immediately.
We cannot cancel or change an order that is already on its delivery route. Please see our return policies if you have already received your order.

Receiving an Incorrect Item
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send us an email with a photo of the item along with your order number and we will send the correct item at no extra charge.
