International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
We most likely do! While filling out your mailing address at checkout, you will see the list of available countries we ship to. If you can't find your country, please message us and we'll do our best to work something out.
Why don't you ship to my country?
At Dollyhair, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers worldwide. However, due to repeated issues with shipping to certain countries, we have made the difficult decision to limit some of our shipping destinations.
If you don't find your country listed in our shipping options, it's because we have encountered significant challenges with deliveries to that region. These challenges include frequent delays, lost packages, and unreliable tracking, which have led to frustration for both our customers and our team. We believe it is in everyone's best interest to ensure that our products arrive safely and on time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are constantly monitoring the situation. If circumstances improve, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs for international packages will range from approximately $15 and up, depending on size, weight and service.
How soon can you send my order?
Our processing times range from 1-2 business days. We send all our international packages via First Class International Mail which is "regular mail" and can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks to arrive depending on your location and local postal service.
For faster shipping, we offer the following expedited shipping services:
Priority Mail International: 6-10 days shipping time
Priority Mail Express International: 3-6 days shipping time
Where is my package?
When we send your order it will come with a tracking number that is emailed to you. You can look up the status of your package by either clicking on the tracking number in the email we sent or by visiting the USPS website and entering your tracking number.
Please note that once a package leaves the US and is handed over to the local carrier of your country we will be unable to track it further. You may contact your local postal service to track your package once it arrives in your country.
How do I return something?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dollyhair. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience.
Our return policy is simple:
You can return any item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging included. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in new, unused, and resalable condition, we will issue your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
