Shipping policy
Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your order. We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided and/or verified by USPS. Returned packages that are requested to be resent will result in a new shipping fee that is charged to the buyer. Dollyhair is not responsible for any packages with an incorrect address and will not offer shipping refunds on missing packages. Once an item is marked as delivered it becomes the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot issue a refund until the item is returned. Dollyhair is not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed or delayed packages. International orders are not guaranteed once handed to destination carrier. Unclaimed packages will not be refunded for shipping.
Receiving an Incorrect Item
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send us an email with a photo of the item along with your order number and we will send the correct item at no extra charge.
