Return and Refund Policy

You are welcome to return or exchange the products purchased at DOLLYHAIR.COM up to 30 days from time of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Non-refundable Items
We do not refund the products that are not eligible for return. Non-refundable (non-returnable) products include: Customized items such as custom blends, Sale items, Gift Cards.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped to the address provided and/or verified by USPS. Returned packages that are requested to be resent will result in a new shipping fee that is charged to the buyer. Dollyhair is not responsible for any packages with an incorrect address and will not offer shipping refunds on missing packages. Once an item is marked as delivered it becomes the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot issue a refund until the item is returned. Dollyhair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Receiving an Incorrect Item
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send us an email with a photo of the item along with your order number and we will send the correct item at no extra charge.

Billing Policy:

On your credit card statement, you will be billed as "Dollyhair."
